I work night shift and Aeronica was able to orchestrate everything around my schedule. We must have looked at at least a dozen houses and had conversations about more then I can count. Her attention to detail for each property was on point. There was no pressure to ever buy and she brought issues about each property to my attention that I may have otherwise missed. She put in offers for homes that I got outbid on with all of the effort as if I was the highest bidder. When we finally found the one that we wanted she wrote multiple addendums to the contract to both get the deal done and to get the best deal possible for me.
